Sequoia: the innovative organic French whisky from Vercors

Founded in 2016 at the foot of the Vercors , the Séquoia distillery is a family adventure led by Anne-Hélène and Éric, who chose to leave everything behind to settle in the Royans valley. Located in a converted former silkworm farm, this French distillery produces organic whiskies combining tradition and modernity . Everything is done on site: from brewing to fermentation , from distillation to maturation and bottling . Éric even designed his own still, the “Nautilus”, specially designed for low-temperature distillation (50°C instead of the usual 100°C), a technical feat that allows the extraction of aromas of exceptional quality. In 2023, the distillery expanded its range, the result of years of refinement and exploration. With an increase in barrels from 10 to 800, Séquoia now offers a wide variety of flavors, revealing all the artisanal know-how and innovation that drive this young French whisky house.
