WHISKY TWELVE

The Laguiole distillery was founded by twelve friends who were passionate about whisky and loved the Aubrac region. In 2013, during a New Year's Eve party, they decided to realize a bold dream: to build a distillery on the arid Aubrac plateau. This ambitious project took shape in a centuries-old presbytery, at the foot of the church, where the first distillates were produced in September 2017. Alongside their whisky production, the Tw Spiritueux range was created to offer traditional rums sourced from all over the world, refined and blended in Laguiole by Florent Caston , the cellar master. The first malts, under the Esprit brand , were also released, marking the distillery's commitment to creating quality spirits.
