BM SIGNATURE WHISKY: THE EXCELLENCE OF THE JURASSIC TERROIR

BM Signature Whisky , produced in the shadow of the Rock of Château-Châlon, in the Jura region, is distinguished by its unique maturation and rich, original aromas. It is carefully matured in a traditional, cool, humid cellar, bringing incomparable depth to each sip. This whisky draws its character from Fine de Bière, a spirit specially crafted from a local beer that undergoes exceptional aging in barrels that have previously contained Jura wines. After a minimum of three years of maturation, this Fine de Bière is transformed into Rouget de Lisle Whisky, a spirit of great finesse. Distillation in barrels that have previously contained Vin Jaune and other Jura wines gives the whisky subtle notes of terroir, combining the scents of the region with the complex, sweet flavors of barrel aging. The artisanal production method and the choice of maturing barrels bring an aromatic richness that makes this whisky so original.
