MARC HÉBRART Sélection Brut 1er Cru is a brut champagne distinguished by its fresh and mineral side. Its tangy notes can delight the most demanding taste buds. This champagne is made from 65% Pinot Noir from the Mareuil-sur-Aÿ terroir and 35% Chardonnay from the Grand Cru villages of Oiry and Chouilly. Marc Hébrart, a supporter of sustainable viticulture for several years, vinifies its wines in small capacity vats to preserve the unique personality of each vine and terroir. This cuvée highlights the balance between the fruit of the Pinot Noir and the elegance of the Chardonnay, resulting in a harmonious and refined champagne. The Sélection Brut 1er Cru cuvée from Marc Hébrart is distinguished by its light yellow color with golden highlights and its fine and intense effervescence. Its nose is both delicious and fresh, offering brioche and buttery aromas, complemented by delicate citrus notes. On the palate, the attack is clean, lively and pleasant, with a beautiful aromatic intensity that prolongs the sensations of the nose. To fully appreciate the Sélectin Brut 1ᵉʳ Cru cuvée, it is recommended to serve it as an aperitif, at a temperature of around 8°C.

THE BRAND
The history of Maison Marc Hébrart is relatively recent. Marc Hébrart began producing champagne from his own grapes in 1964, retiring in 1997. Since then, his son Jean-Paul has taken the reins of the estate. Members of the Club Trésors de Champagne since 1985, their "Spécial Club" represents the excellence of the house. Marc Hébrart is characterized by a harmony between subtle minerality and aromas of fresh, juicy fruit. Interestingly, Jean-Paul Hébrart also sealed a prestigious union by marrying Isabelle Diebolt, thus forming another memorable marriage in the world of champagne!
