Marc Hébrar's Rosé Brut is a rosé champagne that is both indulgent and fruity, boasting a magnificent salmon color. This brut champagne is made from 50% Chardonnay from the “Croix de Bas - Ramonette” lieu-dit and 44% Pinot Noir from the “Pruche - Croix Blanche” lieu-dit. This blend is supplemented with 6% red wine from Mareuil, the Pinot Noirs being vinified in oak barrels for one year. With a Brut dosage of 6.5 g/L, Brut Rosé Hébrart is distinguished by its elegance and freshness, making it an ideal choice for an aperitif. Serving temperature: 9°C.

TASTING NOTE
Nose : A nose that opens with beautiful aromas of fresh, crisp red fruits, then deepens with aeration. We then discover fragrances of jammy strawberries and a hint of blackcurrant.
Palate : On the palate, there is a beautiful attack, lively and frank, followed by beautiful fruity aromas. Serve with white meat or a red fruit dessert.

THE BRAND
The history of Maison Marc Hébrart is relatively recent. Marc Hébrart began producing champagne from his own grapes in 1964, retiring in 1997. Since then, his son Jean-Paul has taken the reins of the estate. Members of the Club Trésors de Champagne since 1985, their "Spécial Club" represents the excellence of the house. Marc Hébrart is characterized by a harmony between subtle minerality and aromas of fresh, juicy fruit. Interestingly, Jean-Paul Hébrart also sealed a prestigious union by marrying Isabelle Diebolt, thus forming another memorable marriage in the world of champagne!
